Bob,
We are planning to hold an initial committee meeting to establish a working group for ideas on how we can effectively get out our message to the youth of our country.
Came up with an agenda to get started and to see what evolves from there.
AGENDA
1. Our mission statement – What we want to say; ideas we want to get across
2. Our target population
3. What type of media do we want to use? Will money be required? Getting finances?
4. How do we get the message out.
5. Other – open to the floor
We need ideas and people willing to take small parts to get the job done.
